The EuroVelo 13 – Iron Curtain Trail Official Info- & Booking Centre is your central contact point for a great cycling experience along the Iron Curtain Trail. A centre is managed by a qualified tour operator from the region, selected through a public tender as part of the ICTr-CE project. These operators are contractually committed to the goals of the Iron Curtain Trail, ensuring that you have a reliable and competent partner for planning and organising your cycling trip!
The goal of the ICTr-CE project, co-funded by the Interreg Central Europe programme of the European Union, is to make EuroVelo 13 – Iron Curtain Trail more accessible to guests through enhanced services. Additionally, local service providers along the route should benefit from innovative and sustainable tourism as much as possible.
What do booking centres do?
The primary role of the EuroVelo 13 – Iron Curtain Trail Official Info- & Booking Centres are to provide professional inquiry and booking management to support you in planning and experiencing your cycling trip. This includes coordinating all local service providers.
Furthermore, the ICTr-CE project aims to set new standards in sustainable and socially responsible tourism with innovative bookable offers. For all packages, your personal carbon footprint and Impact Score will be calculated to demonstrate the climate-friendly and sustainable impact of your journey.
A contribution based on the impact score will be included in the price of the travel package and will be invested through the Good Impact Program directly into ecological, social, or cultural projects along EuroVelo 13. This way, you give back to the region and enjoy cycling with the good feeling of participating in one of Europe’s most innovative and sustainable tourism initiatives.

The EuroVelo 13 – Iron Curtain Trail Official Info- & Booking Centres have been established for two sections of EuroVelo 13, each covering an impressive 10 daily sections:
The first one is the section between Lipno, in Czechia, and Bratislava, in Slovakia, along the border between Austria and Czechia, and later Slovakia.
